Please review the following terms and conditions that apply when you reserve a villa at Emaho Sekawa Retreat.
Emaho Sekawa may update the Terms at its sole discretion, with the new Terms taking effect upon publication.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
We will confirm our acceptance of your reservation by sending you an email to the email address that you provide during the reservation process.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check -In Time: 2pm
Check- Out Time: 10:00am.
Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and upon by request.
Payment and Cancellation policy
See below the cancellation policy when booking with Emaho Sekawa.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance charged to the same credit card on the day of check-in.
Travelers who cancel any time before check-in (including no-shows) are not required to pay the outstanding balance, however will not be refunded the 50% reservation deposit.
Postponement or any date changes will be accepted subject to availability if received 30 days or more before arrival. Requests for date changes must be received in writing to this address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Confirmed bookings may be rescheduled at your request by email, subject to availability.
NO SHOW POLICY
No refund will be given for no-shows. If you foresee that you will not be able to make your booking for example missing your flight, please contact our bookings team immediately to reschedule your reservation. Your new booking will be subject to availability.
We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (eg, to obtain post-stay reviews about your experience).
Please be advised that Emaho Sekawa Retreat will not accept any responsibility for any guest loss or damage to personal equipment and property, or any injuries sustained during their stay with us or while participating in retreat activities. Guests are required to follow any directions that may be given while staying at the resort or participating in activities. The resort will also not accept any responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience that may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside the resort’s control such as acts of god, Government acts or equipment failure.
Covid-19 entry Guidelines
Travellers to Emaho Sekawa must meet Fiji’s travel requirements, including:
All travellers over the age of 16 must display proof of full COVID-19 vaccination at airport check-in prior to departure for Fiji.
Pre-book and pre-pay your required in-country Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) here.
All travellers to Fiji must obtain travel-related medical insurance which includes Covid-19 cover.
Covid-19 Test upon arrival:
Fiji offers quarantine free travel to fully-vaccinated travellers from all over the world. Once you land into Fiji, we can arrange for a registered nurse to facilitate your pre-booked in- country Rapid Antigen Test at Emaho Sekawa for your convenience.
Testing POSITIVE During Your Stay at Emaho:
Should you test positive for Covid-19 whilst at the resort, you will be required to quarantine at Emaho for 7 days. In the event that this quarantine period extends past your original departure date, all costs including accommodation, meals, testing and other expenses are at the cost of the guest. A "Fit-to-Fly" certificate will be issued after the seven-day isolation period to allow a return home in the event a guest still tests positive, depending on their home country's requirements. Be sure to review your specific country’s requirements before your trip so you are prepared for re-entry. If you require a Covid test prior to departure, our Emaho staff can arrange for a registered nurse to conduct your test at the retreat upon your request and at additional cost.
