Welcome to the Emaho Sekawa Retreat booking page. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions that apply to your booking.

We understand that our guests' check-in and check-out times may vary based on their flight schedules. To accommodate these needs, we will make our best efforts to facilitate early check-ins or late check-outs upon request and subject to availability.
For late check-outs beyond 10:00 AM, please note that any food or beverage services requested after the standard check-out time (10am) will incur an additional charge.

Child Policy:
Emaho Sekawa Retreat is an adults-only establishment, and we warmly welcome guests aged 18 years and above.

Booking Information:
Upon completing your booking, you will promptly receive an e-mail confirming your reservation details.
As your stay approaches, we will be in touch to provide you with pre-stay information, as well as request your arrival time if not already provided to help us plan your check-in.

Payment Information:
We offer two distinct booking rate options: one with flexible cancellation terms, and another with a non-refundable option at a discount.

1) Flexible Cancellation Rate:

Booking Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be collected to secure your reservation. The amount will be processed upon receiving your booking using your preferred payment method. The remaining balance will be collected 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date using the same payment method.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is received more than 7 days before the date of arrival, the 50% deposit taken at time of booking is non-refundable however the remainaing amount will not be charged.If cancelled or modified less than 7 days before the date of arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged using the card details provided at time of booking.

2) Non-Refundable Rate:

Booking Policy:100% of the booking fee will be collected upfront to secure your reservation. The amount will be processed upon receiving your booking using your preferred payment method.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation, modification, or no-show will result in the full booking amount being charged.

Guest Responsibility Policy and Activity Waiver:
Emaho Sekawa Retreat prioritizes the safety and well-being of all our guests. By participating in any retreat activities, or staying at our resort, guests agree to follow all instructions issued by our retreat staff. Please be aware that Emaho Sekawa Retreat is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during your stay or while participating in retreat activities. Additionally, we will not be held responsible for any delays, extra costs, or inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, governmental actions, Island wide power outsages, or equipment malfunction. Guests are responsible for their own well-being and property, and any participation is at their own risk.

By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this booking terms and conditions.
Price Match Guarantee:
We are offering a Best Rate Guarantee so you can be confident that the price you are paying for the accommodation on our website is the best price available online. In the unlikely event you find a cheaper published online rate on another public channel within 24 hours we will match the rate you’ve found.
The Below Terms

You need to supply us with the website address (URL) where you have found the cheaper rate for us to confirm. Our ability to confirm the details you have submitted is essential in claiming the discount.

The rate must be for the same accommodation (same room type) covering the same dates and be bookable online.

If comparing a room with inclusions (such as breakfast, taxes or other extra items), the comparison rate must be for the same inclusions.

If you have booked with us already and subsequently find a cheaper rate, you must make your claim within 24 hours of your booking date with us. Please send us details of your booking with us (booking reference number, your name) so we can make the credit.
Exclusions

Variations in rates of 1 percent or less do not apply. These can occur from time to time due to rounding errors, foreign exchange calculations etc.

Our accommodation reserves the right to deny a claim, if we cannot independently verify the availability of an online competing price at the time of processing the claim.

The best price guarantee does not apply to unpublished or negotiated prices (e.g., corporate discount rates, group rates, meeting rates), contracted rates based on bulk buying agreement; group buy site rates; rates requiring membership in a club or other organization, offered pursuant to direct mail or email solicitations (requiring discount codes or coupons, or otherwise not intended for the general public); package prices (e.g.prices that include a combination of a room and airfare, an overnight cruise, car rental); prices offered by opaque providers; prices offered on “on-request” websites that do not provide immediate hotel confirmations.
